14 months and it's broken. Don't buy. Junk
this product only lasted about 2 weeks. Got a free replacement and it only lasted about 1 week. motor runs fine, brushes stop under load, something slipping in the gear box. Would not recommend this product
This broke in less than a week, and we are only open for dinners. Brush snapped off and I had to pay fed ex for return and restocking fee. I am currently contesting this because I do not see any information that states you are responsible for shoddy expensive equipment.
Only lasted 10 months. Would not recommend, but if you choose to purchase buy two (one for replacement) and both with buying the additional extended warranty.
Like the other reviews.. We got 14 months out of this product. I'd say 3 for 3 on the bad reviews I'd avoid this one.
