Ours broke down too in under a year. The authorized repair guy (P&D in South San Francisco) cost us $ and still couldn't fix it. It also took them 3 MONTH to actually get it partially work for a week, only to break down again. We finally got a new place to work on it and hoping that it will be a permanent fix this time. Oh BTW, the service tech said "Oh woops, sorry I turned the element on without filling the water" and burned out our element. He said he would fix it for us, but then the company would NOT send him out unless they take another payment for the "new" service, and the tech said he wasn't the one who broke it. Now we are pretty much held "Hostage" by this company because it's gonna cost us more by not getting it fixed. It's ridiculous what type of authorized repair shop covers these products. Regardless, the extra labor we have spent during the 3-4 month so far has cost us to hire an extra dishwasher and definitely not worth it. Either buy a low-temp that hardly breaks down any service tech can fix, or buy some other brand or model that has a higher reliability. Saving on the chemical and with this machine will easily be flying away from you when it breaks down once with increased labor cost and electric bill, on top of the $ you probably need to spend on the 3phase electricity remodel.
Do not give this company your money. The machine started failing and throwing codes in under 1 year. The repair service we used could not get Noble to even help them figure out the issues, let alone honor any warranties. Buyer Beware!
